PLEASE NOTE,Feb 6,2006 update; I have recovered most of my data! The 
site still isn't at a 100% yet, I still have some family members in places 
they don't belong. I'll keep working on it a little every day. Maybe in a few

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FACINATED BY HISTORY,CEMETERIES, AND OLD 
FAMILY STORIES.

I LOVE TO LISTEN TO GRANDPA FARR LATE AT NIGHT TALKING ABOUT HIS OLD WAR TIME 
BUDDIES,OR HOW PROUD MY GRANDMOTHER WOULD BE, TO SEE US ALL. SOMETIMES I 
DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING BUT IT DIDN'T MATTER.
MY INTEREST IN GENEALOGY WAS STIRRED IN THE LATE 90'S WHEN MY MOM GAVE ME A 
BOOK ON THE HISTORY OF THE SHOOK FAMILY AT CHRISTMAS. JUST, 6MO. BEFORE MY 
SISTER JADA, GAVE ME ALL THE PAPERS AND PICTURE THAT WERE IN GRANDPA FARR'S 
TRUNK.I SAT AND STARTED AT THOSE PICTURES FOR HOURS, WISHING I COULD GO BACK 
IN TIME AND SEE THEM ALL. 

I WAS FOREVER HOOKED! THE EMOTION EXPERIENCED WHEN I STUMBLING UPON THE GRAVE 
OR BIRTH RECORD OF AN ANCESTORS IS INDESCRIBABLE.
EACH OF HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW OUR ANCESTORS.I REJOICE THAT I CAN SHARE THESE 
DISCOVERIES WITH MY FAMILY.
 
I HOPE THAT THIS SITE WILL REFLECT MY RESPECT FOR HISTORY AND FOR APPRECIATING 
MY ANCESTORS AS MORE THEN JUST NAMES AND DATES.I WANT TO KEEP OUR MEMORY OF 
THEM ALIVE AND THANK THEM FOR GIVING US LIFE. 
IF ANY SINGLE LINK IN OUR ANCESTRAL CHAIN WAS MISSED, THERE WOULD BE SOMEONE 
ELSE IN OUR PLACE. WHAT MAKES US UNIQUELY US, WOULD OF NEVER BEEN.

THIS SITE WAS MADE IN LOVE FOR MY DAUGHTER, VANESSA AND MY PRECIOUS 
GRANDCHILDREN, JAYMES, RICHARD, BRITTNEY AND ALL OF MY LIVING FAMILY.
